Please read through our terms carefully before placing your order. By placing an order with Baby J’s you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

 

Disclaimer

Although there have never been any incidents that have resulted in harm to a child, there is always a chance that a child may break an anklet or necklace apart and perhaps swallow one of the beads. These anklets and necklaces are fitted with a safety screw claps, made with strong cord and each bead is knotted in between to prevent beads from scattering in the event of breakage.

Baby J's Ltd makes every effort to ensure the safety of our products, however Baby J's Ltd will not be held responsible for any injury caused from using these products.

Every order placed will be provided with an information leaflet containing the correct warnings, safety guidelines and instructions. Our packaging includes a organza draw string bag, when this bag is not in use, please store out of reach of young children.

 

To reduce the risk of pulling the jewellery or ill correct fit please measure the child and order the correct size to fit.

Acceptance of an order

Acceptance of an order takes place when payment is taken. You will receive an email from paypal with an order confirmation. At this point we reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may result from the product ordered being unavailable in stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment or the identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you.

 

Delivery information

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3.00pm on the same day. However please allow upto 5 working days after receiving payment for your order to be posted. If your order is going to be delayed more than 5 working days we will contact you and refund your payment if you so wish. If you require your item urgently please email us prior to ordering so that this can be arrange. Please note for any other delivery required from the free standard postage there will be additional charges.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us before sending any packages back to us to inform us of your intentions.

Should you decide you do not wish to keep an item purchased from us, we are happy to accept refunds provided they are returned to us within 28 days and in brand new condition with all packaging and instructions intact. Should the item show signs of use we can not accept it as a return unless there is a fault. This does not affect your statutory rights. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new unused condition for a full refund to the value of the item, excluding postage and packaging. The cost of return postage and packaging is the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or damaged goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. On inspection of the goods to identify if it is a manufacturing fault we will issue an exchange or full refund. Normal wear and tear is not considered to be a manufacturing fault. Return postage costs will be reimbursed in cases of return due to faulty items only. In the case of damage in transit, please retain all packaging to enable us to claim from the postal service. Please ensure that you include all your details and preferably original receipt with your return. We strongly advise that any returns are sent to us via Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for articles lost in transit.

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us in respect of the use of our services and of our website and supersede any and all prior agreements, arrangements and representations (save in respect of those made fraudulently).

If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid then that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain fully enforceable. No waiver by us of any term shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term.
